I only recommend products I trust in my own home and in my practice. Every item on this page has a purpose, and every purpose comes back to one thing… protecting the bond you share with your best friend.

Why I Recommend It:
Pet dental disease starts quietly and spreads quickly. Most dogs and cats already show inflammation by age three. I designed Plaque-B-Gone to give families a gentle, pain-free way to remove plaque before it turns into tartar. No bristles. No discomfort. Just a soft, absorbent tool that lifts debris out of the mouth instead of moving it around. Pets accept it easily because it feels comfortable, and owners can finally clean their pet’s mouth without a struggle.

Why I Recommend It:
While toothbrushes are not my favorite tool, this toothpaste is safe, pet-friendly, and can be paired with Plaque-B-Gone for additional benefit.

Episode 1 of the Pet Mindset Show titled Most Pets Have Dental Disease by Age 3. Here’s How to Stop It.” includes a discussion of toothpaste as part of why bristle brushes fail. Toothpaste itself is not discouraged, only the tool used to apply it.

Why I Recommend It:
This one requires careful wording, and honesty is important. I do not recommend hard nylon bones as dental tools. They can fracture teeth. For dogs that need chewing outlets, soft or flexible Nylabone varieties can be acceptable when used correctly. Always supervise.
